The house runs on mains water and is fine to drink.
Hot water is supplied by a gas instantaneous hot water system.
The controller is located inside of the pantry. If you have any trouble with hot water, first check the panel is turned on. Generally the best temp to set it at is 43 degrees. This is a good temp for showering and ensures gas is not wasted heating up the water to only mix with cold again. For washing dishes you may want to put the temp up to 50 degrees which is the max.
There is 2 large gas bottles located outside the laundry door. If you do run out of gas, please turn the gas bottle off and turn the other one on. Please let us know if the gas runs out so we can replace it
The 2 living rooms and master bedroom all have TVs with live TV.
Netflix is logged in and available for use on both living room TVs

The house has a ducted evaporative system. The control is located on the hallway wall.
Please ensure some windows are opened when using the evaporative air con.
The main kitchen and living area also has a reverse cycle split system. The control for this is on the wall at the end of the kitchen bench.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure the air conditioner is turned off prior to leaving the house.
In the pantry you will find a microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich press, large pots and pans as well as some essential items.
A Nespresso pod coffee machine is also located in the pantry, along with tea, sugar, coffee capsules, etc.
To use the Nespresso machine, first fill the water reservoir at the back of the unit. Turn the unit on a wait for the lights to stop flashing. You can then open the top with the silver handle to insert a coffee pod.
If you use the milk frother, please ensure it is rinsed out after use.
A Chargriller Flat Iron BBQ is available for guest use on the deck.
Please use the BBQ wipes provided to thoroughly clean the BBQ after each use and turn the gas bottle off.
2 Red General waste bins are available for use.
The red bin is collected early Thursday mornings. Please ensure to put the bin out on the curb Wednesday nights, and return them after collection.

Outside is a 10 seat wooden table and L Shape lounge.
Both have covers to keep them clean and free of bird dropping,
To remove the table cover, un-clip the straps around the legs on each corner and loosen the draw string. Please replace at the end of your stay.

A fire pit is available in the middle of the back yard. Chairs are stacked under the Fish filleting area. Please hose down and return on departure.
Guests will need to provide their own fire wood, however at times there may be some available under the fish filleting area, feel free to use this.
It is the guests responsibility to ensure all local regulations are followed and only use the fire pit in months and days that allow. Please ensure the fire pit is fully extinguished before departing,
